Proofs and Payment

We will send your free on screen proof back to you within 1 working day, amd once approved your order will be with you in 5-7 working days.
If you are not happy with your proof you can cancel your order and you will be fully refunded.

 

Postage and Packing

UK mainland only £10.00 per order up a maximum of 6 canvases.
Please contact us if you would like to order more than 6 canvases or would like a postage quote for other locations.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to arrange returning your order for a full refund minus any postage you have paid. If you have been warned about anything at the proof stage and have chosen to continue with your order, refunds will not be given for anything mentioned.

 

Colour reproduction

Please note that everyone’s monitor is different and will show a different colour and brightness. Our monitors are calibrated to match what our printers produce, however yours won’t be. Therefore your finished canvas print may look slightly different to your on screen proof

 

Image Quality

We have great software for enlarging small files for printing, but some files may not be big enough for the size of canvas you want. We will always warn you at the proof stage if we think your file is not suitable for the size you have picked. If we have warned you at the proof stage and you decide to continue with your order, returns will not be accepted due to pixelated printing

 

Cancelling an Order

You are free to cancel at the proof stage, and we will refund you fully. however after you have approved the proof and made payment we cannot gaurantee a refund in the event of cancellation.

 

Mount and Frame Orders

 

Payment

Payment for standard and custom sized mounts and frames is processed with paypal, or you can call us in our Minehead gallery and pay over the phone via credit or debit card. All refunds must be processed via the same method as payment was made.

Production Time

Please allow 7 working days for all mount, frame and printing orders to be completed and dispatched. All our orders are shipped by Courier.

 

Postage and Packing

Postage starts at £3.00, but may be higher as it is dependant on how bulky or heavy the item is. Postage will be added to your paypal basket at the time of checkout,

Returns – Custom Sized Mounts

If the size being incorrect is an error on the customers part, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If the item is faulty, we can offer a full refund or exchange, as long as you have notified us within 14 days, and returned the item(s) to us within 28 days in unused condition.

Returns – Standard Sized Mounts and Frames

If you are for whatever reason unhappy with your standard sized mounts or standard sized frames, we can offer you a full refund (excluding the return postage costs) as long as you have notified us within 14 days, and returned the item(s) to us within 28 days in unused condition.

If you have received a faulty item, we can offer you a full refund or exchange, as long as you have notified us within 14 days, and returned the item(s) to us within 28 days in unused condition.
