Ordering and Payment
All online payments are processed via PayPal. If your delivery address does not match your registered PayPal address, we may contact you to confirm the order.
alternatively, you can call us in our Minehead gallery on 01643 705 648 and pay over the phone via credit or debit card. Please have your order number to hand when calling.
All refunds must be processed via the same method as payment was made.
Production Time
Please allow up 7 working days for all mount, frame and printing orders to be completed and dispatched.
Postage
Postage costs are calculated with regards to how bulky or heavy the item is. We always try to offer the best value postage cost we can, however due to the bulky nature of some of the items we sell, P&P can be up to £15.00
Postage will be added to your basket at the time of checkout.
All of our orders are posted via UPS. Please look out for emails and texts from UPS regarding the progress of your delivery.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note: For custom made to measure products, such as custom mounts, custom frames and resized second hand frames we cannot cancel or amend the order once production has begun. Pleased double check all measurements before placing your order.
For print orders, You are free to cancel at the proof stage, before your order has been printed and we will refund you fully. however after you have approved the proof and made payment we cannot guarantee a refund in the event of cancellation.
Printing – On Screen Proofs, Colour Reproduction and Image Quality
We will send your free on screen proof back to you within 1 working day, amd once approved your order will be with you in 5-7 working days. If you are not happy with your proof you can cancel your order and you will be fully refunded.
Please note: that everyone’s monitor is different and will show a different colour and brightness. Our monitors are calibrated to match the colours our printers produce, however yours won’t be. Therefore your finished canvas print may look slightly different to your on screen proof
Although we have software for enlarging small files for printing, some files may not be big enough for the size of print you have ordered. We will always warn you at the proof stage if we think your file is not suitable for the size you have picked. If we have warned you at the proof stage and you decide to continue with your order, we cannot accept returns on the basis of image quality.
Returns – Print Orders
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your print order, please contact us so we can try to solve the issue. We will offer a full refund in the case of a print being defective or damaged. However, in most cases we cannot offer a refund on the basis of Image quality, colour reproduction, or incorrect size due to customer error.
If we are concerned about the quality of the image, we will query this at the proof stage.
Please note: recommend if you are ordering a large print, or a large number of prints, that you first order a smaller proof copy to check image quality and colour reproduction.
Returns – Mounts
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your mounts, please contact us so we can try to solve the issue. We will offer a full refund in the case of the mounts being defective due to a mistake we have made during production. The item must be returned before we can issue a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on the basis of incorrect size due to customer error.
Returns – Custom Frames & resized second hand frames
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your frames, please contact us so we can try to solve the issue. We will offer a full refund in the case of the frames being defective due to a mistake we have made during production. The item must be returned before we can issue a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on the basis of incorrect size due to customer error.
Returns – Standard size frames & original size second hand frames
We are happy for you to return standard size and original sized second hand frames for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange returning the item and a refund. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product a mistake we have made during production. The item must be returned before we can issue a refund.
Returns – Gallery
We are happy for you to return Artwork for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange returning the item and a refund. Returned artwork must arrive back with us within 28 days of the sale date. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product a mistake we have made during production. The item must be returned before we can issue a refund.
