Production Time

Please allow up to 7 working days for all mount, frame, and printing orders to be completed and dispatched.


Postage

Postage costs are calculated according to the size and weight of the item. We always aim to offer the best possible postage value; however, due to the bulky nature of some items, postage and packing charges can be up to £15.00.

Postage costs will be added to your basket at checkout.

All orders are dispatched via UPS or Evri. Please look out for emails and text messages from UPS or Evri regarding the progress of your delivery.


Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note: for custom made-to-measure products, including custom mounts and custom size frames, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once production has begun. Please double-check all measurements carefully before placing your order.

For print orders, you may cancel at the proof stage before printing begins and receive a full refund. However, once you have approved the proof and payment has been made, we cannot guarantee a refund in the event of cancellation.


Returns – Mounts

If you are not satisfied with your mounts, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

We will offer a full refund if the mounts are defective due to an error made during production. Items must be returned before a refund can be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizes resulting from customer error.


Returns – Custom Frames

If you are not satisfied with your frames, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

We will offer a full refund if the frames are defective due to an error made during production. Items must be returned before a refund can be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizes resulting from customer error.


Returns – Standard size frames & pre-loved and vintage frames

You may return standard-size and original-size second-hand frames for any reason. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a return and refund.

Artwork may be returned for any reason. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a return and refund. Returned artwork must be received by us within 28 days of the sale date.
