Which products can I order online?

You can currently order standard sized mounts and Frames, and canvas prints online, and we will be extending this feature to included fine art printing in the near future. If you would like to stay updated, please subscribe to our mailing list.

How long does it take for items to be delivered?

Please allow 7 working days for all mount, frame and printing orders to be completed and dispatched. All our orders are shipped by Courier.

Which postal service/ courier do you use?

We use a range of different couriers, so that we can offer competitive postage rates.

How much does postage cost?

Postage starts at £3.00, but may be higher as it is dependant on how bulky or heavy the item is. Postage will be added to your paypal basket at the time of checkout,

 

Do you offer a discount for trade and bulk orders?

We do offer discounts depending on the items and size of order. If you would like to make a large order, or are a trade customer please email us at courtyardgallery@live.co.uk, or call us on 01643 705 648

 

Canvas Printing

 

Will the colours come out how they look on my monitor?

Although we try our best to create prints which are true to the colours of your photo, everyone’s monitor is different and will show a different colour and brightness. Our monitors are calibrated to match what our printers produce, however yours won’t be. Therefore your finished canvas print may look slightly different to your on screen proof.

 

 

My canvas has arrived damanged, what should I do?

In the unlikely even that your canvas is damaged in the post, please contact us to arrange returning your order for a full refund. For more information about ordering, delivery and returns please see our Terms and Conditions.

 

I am not happy with my order, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to arrange returning your order.  If we have notified you of any potential problems with you order at the proof stage and you have chosen to continue with your order anyway, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Standard Sized Mounts and Frames

 

Why are the different sized mounts in different pack sizes?

The pack sizes are based on the most economical way of cutting the mounts from larger sheets, so we can offer you the best value for money.

 

 

Can I order a pack which is a mixture of different colours?

Unfortunately no, as the pack sizes and prices are based on the most economical way of cutting the mounts from larger sheets. An alternative would be to order custom mounts instead.

 

I would like to return an item, how do I do this?

If you are for whatever reason unhappy with your standard sized mounts or standard sized frames, we can offer you a full refund (excluding the return postage costs) as long as you have notified us within 14 days, and returned the item(s) to us within 28 days in unused condition. I have received a faulty item, what should I do?
