Will my photo be good enough quality?
Most photos taken on a digital camera, or even a good phone camera will be high enough quality for printing. If you are editing an image, or scanning an image to use make sure it is saved at 300dpi.
If we think your picture is too small or pixelated to use for the size print you would like, we will let you know before printing. Also, remember to check your on screen proof to make sure you are 100% happy with the quality of the picture you have chosen.
How long will it take to receive my canvas?
We’ll send you a free screen proof within 1 working day, and once you have approved your proof and paid, your canvas will be with you in 5-7 working days.
Which file format should my photo be in?
please make sure your photo is in JPG (Jpeg) format.
Narrow or Thick Stretcher
Pick between our narrow 22mm stretcher or our deep 34mm stretcher. If you’re planning to get your canvas print framed go for the narrow, if not then the choice is yours.
A coloured egde will be added and wrapped around the stretcher frame. We will select a complimentary mid tone from your image unless you specify a specific colour when ordering.
The edge of your image will be wrapped around the stetcher. When selecting the wrap edge option please be aware that this means we will use 22mm to 34mm of your actual image to form the edge of your canvas. This means that if your image has important elements near the edges we recommend you select a different edge option.
A mirror image of your image will be wrapped round the edge of the stretcher. This works well if you don’t want to lose and of the image but still want that wrapped look.
Extruded & Blurred Edge
The very edge of your image is extruded out and then softly blurred. This works really well if you don’t want to lose any of the image and want the colour from the front of the canvas matched all the way around.
